Most creators don't fail because they're bad at the game. They fail because nobody ever showed them the numbers. We scout, build, and grow streamers and creators — brand identity, community infrastructure, content pipeline, and the sponsorships that follow.
Maverick Talent Group is a creator management and development company — we scout, build, and grow streamers and creators across Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Every engagement starts with a free diagnostic audit that scores a channel against each platform's published guidelines, and commission is charged only on revenue above where the creator started.
We work for creators and we work for brands. Different problems, different pages.
Streamer, YouTuber, TikToker — you're putting in the hours and the numbers aren't moving the way they should.
You've got a product, a game, or a launch, and you need creators who'll actually move the needle for it.
Creators burn out trying to be everywhere at once. You don't need six content operations — you need one, engineered to feed all of them.
Twitch and Kick, with the multistreaming economics modeled first — Kick charges for it, and that changes the math.
→VOD to YouTube, where it's indexed and searchable long after the stream ends. This is your permanent discovery layer.
→Clips into Shorts, Reels, TikToks, Facebook. This is the growth engine — the single highest-leverage thing most creators skip.
→Every vertical points home. If your discovery surfaces dead-end, you're building someone else's audience.
The infrastructure a serious channel needs, built once and maintained properly.
A full diagnostic scored against each platform's published guidelines. Conformant, Partial, or Non-conformant on every finding — no opinions, no vibes.
Start FreeLogo, colour system, type, overlays, alerts, scene layouts, panels, offline banner, emotes and badges. The whole visual package, consistent everywhere.
ExploreDiscord built properly — role architecture, channel structure, bots, Twitch role sync, welcome flow, moderation policy. Not a template dump.
ExploreClipping, editing, vertical distribution, thumbnails, titles, YouTube SEO, TikTok hook structure. The engine that actually produces growth.
ExploreAffiliate and Partner pathing against current thresholds, media kit, rate card, merch, memberships. Most published guides are years out of date.
ExploreOnce you're big enough to get inbound, we negotiate it. Separate agreement, defined commission, and a sunset — never open-ended.
ExploreOne rule runs the whole menu: the more you pay up front, the less we take on the back end. Do the arithmetic — it holds at every tier.
Commission is calculated on revenue above your baseline at signing — not on money you were already making before we showed up. Rates step down on sponsorships that come to you directly rather than through us. Every agreement carries a defined term and a sunset schedule; nothing here is open-ended. Representation of brand deals is papered separately from development work. Figures above are our published ranges — your quote is set against actual scope. Creators under 18 require parental co-signature.
Most of our roster we found, not the other way around. We watch small channels that are doing something right and back them before anyone else notices.
Here's the part people get wrong: being good at the game is close to the least predictive thing we look at. Mechanical skill matters enormously in esports and surprisingly little in streaming. What we're actually scoring:
Are you entertaining while you play? Biggest single factor, and the hardest to teach.
Do moments happen that cut cleanly into thirty seconds? That's the whole growth engine.
Forty people who show up every stream beat four thousand who followed once and left.
Will you still be streaming four nights a week two years from now? Most won't.
We're going to tell you things you don't want to hear. That has to land.
We audit your channel against the published guidelines of every platform you're on — Twitch, YouTube, Kick, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Every finding is rated Conformant, Partial, or Non-conformant, and every rating cites the specific standard it's measured against.
No letter grades. No "you should post more." Just what's broken, which rule it breaks, and what it's costing you.
No inflated numbers, no borrowed logos. We're a new division of an established company, and we're signing our founding creators this year.
That's an advantage if you get in early. Founding creators get more of our attention than anyone who signs later will, and terms we won't be offering once the roster fills.
We also run our own gaming communities — Grand Coast Roleplay and SLS Gaming. That is where a lot of our scouting starts.
A small roster means real hours on your channel, not a queue position.
Founding rates, locked for your term. We won't repeat them later.
You talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager.
See how we think before committing to anything. No card, no call.
Maverick Talent Group is a creator management and development company. No, and the distinction is deliberate. In the United States the word agency carries specific legal meaning tied to procuring employment for talent, with licensing requirements in several states. Maverick Talent Group performs management and development, and representation of brand deals is papered under a separate agreement.
Three tiers. Pro is a full package paid up front with commission of 0 to 5 percent. Hybrid is a reduced up-front cost with a light retainer and commission of 10 to 15 percent. Partner is invite-only with no up-front cost and commission of 20 to 25 percent. In all tiers, commission applies only to revenue above the creator's baseline at signing.
Yes. No card, no discovery call, no obligation. The audit covers six platforms and rates every finding against a specific published platform guideline. If it concludes a creator does not need the services, that is what the report says.
Twitch, YouTube, and Kick as revenue platforms with native monetization, and TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook as discovery platforms that feed audiences back to the revenue platforms.
Nashville, Tennessee, in the United States. The roster is global, since creator work is not geographically constrained.
Yes, with a parent or guardian involved from the first conversation. Terms are capped more tightly and any money flowing through the company is held in trust accounting.
Tell us where you stream and what you're stuck on. We'll run the audit and send it back — free, no pitch attached. If it turns out we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
