When you submit the audit request form we collect the name, handle, email address, channel links, viewership figures, and free-text notes you provide, along with the age bracket you select.
Our servers also log standard technical information including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
Audits are produced using publicly available information from your channels. We do not request account passwords or dashboard access at the enquiry stage. If a later engagement requires analytics access, that is arranged separately and with your explicit consent.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate this site and our email, and where required by law.
If you become a represented creator, we share relevant information with brands as part of the specific opportunities you approve. Nothing goes out without your sign-off.
If you indicate you are under 18, we contact a parent or guardian before proceeding. We do not knowingly retain information from a minor beyond what is necessary to make that contact.
Enquiry records are retained while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward. You can request deletion at any time.
