Including the ones that cost us business. If something here is unclear, ask — we would rather explain it now than have you find out later.

For Creators

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No card, no discovery call, no trial that converts. We run it because it is how we decide whether we want to work with you, and how you decide whether we know what we are talking about. If the report says your channel is in good shape and you do not need us, that is what it will say.

Do I have to pay anything to join the roster?

No. There is no roster fee, no pay-to-join, and no upfront charge to be considered. If anyone in this industry asks you to pay to be represented, walk away from them.

How does commission actually work?

We record your monthly revenue across every monetized platform at signing. That is your baseline. Commission applies only to revenue above that number. If you were making $400 a month when you signed, we take our percentage of everything past $400 — not of the $400 you already had.

What if a brand comes to me directly?

Our rate drops on deals you source yourself. You should not pay a sourcing fee on something we did not source. We still handle negotiation and paperwork if you want us to.

Does the commission ever end?

Yes. Every agreement has a defined term, and after termination commission on existing deals steps down on a published schedule and then stops. We do not write open-ended claims on a creator's future income.

Do I own the logo and overlays you make?

Completely, from delivery. Source files included. If you stop working with us tomorrow you keep everything and nothing switches off.

I am under 18. Can I still work with you?

Yes, with a parent or guardian involved from the first conversation. Terms are capped more tightly, and any money flowing through us goes into trust accounting. It is slower and it is more paperwork, and we are keeping it that way.

How small is too small?

There is no follower minimum for the audit. For paid tiers, be realistic — if you are at three viewers with no budget, a retainer is not the right spend for you yet. Take the free audit, fix what it finds yourself, and come back when the numbers justify it.

Do you buy followers or run viewbots?

No. It violates platform terms, it is detectable, and the ban lands on you rather than on us. If a growth service is quoting you guaranteed viewer numbers, ask them directly how they are producing them.

For Brands

How do you charge?

Campaign management is quoted against scope — number of creators, formats, timeline, and reporting depth. Talent fees are separate and quoted per creator. We show you both lines rather than bundling them into one number.

Can we work with creators outside your roster?

Yes, though our advantage is on our own roster where we manage the relationship day to day. For outside creators we can still handle briefing, contracting, and reporting.

How do you handle FTC disclosure?

Disclosure requirements are written into every brief we issue — verbal disclosure for live, persistent on-screen labelling, and platform-level tagging. We do not leave it to the creator to remember.

What happens if a creator underdelivers?

Deliverables and makegood terms are papered before anyone goes live. Because we manage these creators on an ongoing basis rather than booking them once, we have actual leverage when something slips.

Can you run campaigns at scale?

Not at the scale of a large platform-driven agency with hundreds of creators deployed per campaign, and we will tell you that rather than overpromise. We are built for campaigns where fit matters more than volume.

About Us

Are you a talent agency?

No, and the distinction is deliberate. In the United States, agency carries a specific legal meaning tied to procuring employment, with licensing requirements attached in several states. We do creator management and development. Precision here protects our creators as much as it protects us.

What are Grand Coast Roleplay and SLS Gaming?

They are our own gaming communities — we own and run both. Grand Coast Roleplay is a serious-roleplay FiveM server; SLS Gaming is our general gaming community. Neither is a partnership or a sponsorship, and we state that wherever they appear. A lot of our scouting starts in them, because roleplay and community servers are unusually streamer-dense and we see channels early. Joining is not a requirement for working with us and does not affect roster consideration.

Where are you based?

Nashville, Tennessee. The roster is global — creator work is not geographically constrained and we do not pretend otherwise.

What is Maverick Endeavors?

The parent company. Two other divisions: Maverick IT & Cybersecurity, and Maverick Marketing. All three run the same method — audit first, fix what is measurably broken, report on what changed.

Do you have an esports team?

Not yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. Team ownership is expensive and most organisations outside the top tier lose money. If we build one it will be funded by a profitable creator business, not the other way round.
