Maverick Talent Group is the third division of Maverick Endeavors. The other two run IT infrastructure and digital marketing. All three do the same thing: audit first, fix what is measurably broken, report on what changed.
Maverick Marketing spent years auditing business websites against published standards — search guidelines, accessibility specifications, performance benchmarks — and rating findings as conformant or not against named, verifiable criteria.
Creator channels have exactly the same problem and almost nobody applies the same rigour. Platforms publish detailed guidance on monetization requirements, metadata, content policy, and discovery mechanics. Most creators have never read any of it, and most people selling creator growth services have not either.
That gap is the entire reason this division exists.
A creator management and development company. We scout, build, grow, and — for creators who reach that stage — represent.
We are deliberately not calling ourselves a talent agency. In the United States that word carries specific legal meaning tied to procuring employment, and licensing requirements attach to it in several states. What we do is management and development. Precision here protects our creators as much as it protects us.
Alongside this division we own and run two of them. Grand Coast Roleplay is a serious-roleplay FiveM server with structured departments and long-form character development. SLS Gaming is our general gaming community, with a significant number of active streamers in it.
Same company, same people. They are not sponsorships or partnerships, and we say so wherever they come up.
It matters for one practical reason. A number of marketing agencies have decided the creator economy looks lucrative and moved in from outside it. We were already here. Roleplay servers in particular are among the most streamer-dense environments in gaming, which means we see channels developing well before anyone is paying attention to them.
Both are open if you want to look. Joining is not a requirement for working with us, and it does not affect roster consideration.
Nashville, Tennessee for the company. Everywhere for the roster. Creator work is not geographically constrained and we do not pretend otherwise — the same is true of our marketing division, which serves clients across North America and beyond.
Three tiers, and one rule connecting them: the more you pay up front, the less we take on the back end. Commission applies only to growth above your baseline at signing. Every agreement has a defined term and a sunset.
We publish our ranges rather than hiding them behind a discovery call, because a nineteen-year-old streamer deserves to know what something costs before they spend an hour on a Zoom.
This industry has a real problem with predatory contracts aimed at young creators. Perpetual commission claims, undisclosed conflicts, assets held hostage, terms nobody explained.
Our contracts are readable, capped, and sunset. We will walk you through every clause before you sign, and we will tell you to get your own lawyer to look at it. That advice costs us occasionally and it is worth it.
Free, no commitment, and if we're not the right fit we'll tell you that instead of pitching you.
